Good day and welcome to this episode of the Books and Authors Fantasy Podcast. I’m your host, podcaster and author of Fun Fantasy Reads, Jamie Davis. This podcast is exactly what the title says it is, a show focused on everything in fantasy books.

This show will cover everything to do with fantasy books. From Epic Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, Sword and Sorcery, and everything in between, expect to find the best and brightest authors from all the various corners of the fantasy book world. Plus we’ll add in a few other very special guests as well along the way.

I just got back from a family vacation. I still managed to keep up with my daily writing habit while I was away. This coming week, I hope to finish the first draft of Cyber’s Underground, book three in the Sapiens Run trilogy. Book two, Cyber’s Escape, will be out in almost a month at the end of June. It’s available for preorder now for those that want to get it at the reduced preorder price.

I’m also really excited to announce that I’ve gotten back the full rights from the publisher, to a five book urban fantasy trilogy I wrote a few years ago. These are among my favorite books I’ve written. I’m planning on putting together a big relaunch of the series coming up in late summer, so stay tuned.

As always, if you’re interested in more information on what I’m up to, check out my fan group on Facebook, Jamie’s Fun Fantasy Readers and on my website and blog, JamieDavisBooks.com.

Alright, let’s get into our interview with this week’s guest. James Lovegrove has been a professional writer since 1988. with over 60 books published and 60 short stories on top of that, he’s one of the most prolific writers we’ve had on the show. We talk about his Pantheon series, his passion for writing in the world of Sherlock Holmes and other projects he’s been invited to participate in. It’s one of the best guest segments so far on the podcast.

Don’t just take my word for it. Here’s my interview with James.
